iWord - Fantastic Word Processor for Multiple Document Formats App Reviews

Absolutly useless couldnt even open a new document.

I purchased this to replace Pages, but Ive never been able to open a new page. I dont know how to get help with using it, so far its a waste of money. It looks like a great app. Someone please help me figure this out!

Total junk. Dont buy it. The app didnt work at all.

This application is a complete scam. COMPLETE SCAM! DOES NOT OPEN, DOESNT WORK AND HAS NO SUPPORT AT ALL. I CANT GET A REFUND OR GET AN ANSWER. HORRIBLE.

I just paid for and downloaded this ap. I wasnt expecting miracles, just needed a simple program to type a few reports. The ap is completely blank. It will not pull up anything, no new window, nothing. I paided 10 dollars for an empty icon... dont do the same!! Let my mistake keep you from making yours.

This is a blank app with nothing on it, taking advantage by positioning the app so it looks like one is downloading office software. A rip off. In fact, I am reporting this company to the Maryland Office of the Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division right now!

Just bought this app and it wont open. I cant find any online help either. Ive quit and started with no success.

Installed brand new and does not work. It opens onto the dock and on the options bar but no amount of clicking actually opens the program for use. Please fix.

This is a fantastic product, especially if you’re looking for an affordable alternative to purchasing Microsoft Office and just need a word processor. That’s why I purchased it. The special formatting, such as creating tables, works well enough to get the job done, but it can definitely get a little glitchy specifically with how the graphics are loading up if, for instance, you create a table with too many rows/columns and try to decrease the number after selecting a box with a marquee tool. The result is that the boxes will become disordered, and the quickest way to fix it is to simply delete all the boxes and start again. Second, the zoom in/zoom out tool also causes graphic rendering issues, specifically in the Page View. The margins will simply disappear. Finally, my major criticism is that the buttons available specifically on the iWord processor window is so minimal that it actually has a negative effect on productivity because it takes so much time to go through the dropdown menus to find basic functions, such as Font formating. Also, there is no dropdown menu option in File> to export to .PDF! The only way to do it is File>Print, then in the Print Options Menu, select PDF>Save as PDF. For an app that in its product description says, “Export to PDF,” this to me is just lazy programming.

whats the point of being able to add pictures to your document if you can only save it in iword and no other format? Either Im stupid or this app is. TBD

The margins drop out in Yosemite. The tabs shift after file being saved and trying to convert to PDF with an online converter, because THERE IS NO WAY TO SAVE YOUR FILE IN THIS PROGRAM AS A PDF. After already having saved the file, when it attempted to auto save, it couldn’t even find the location to which THIS PROGRAM had ALREADY SAVED THE FILE. And one message said that it couldn’t auto save the same file in the same location because it didn’t have permissions to do so?! Money back please.

How do i get a refund and who d i contact. this app does not work at all.

This is a great app it works and I havent found any buys yet and as a programer friend told me.If theres a bug I will find it as I do things with a program that he never planned for! If I find a problem Ill post it. This is BY FAR the BEST writing application on the market,Great font choice and size.Makes me excited to write.Well worth the money.The app does a good enongh job of its promise.I enjoy it,It makes writing more efficient.It brings up the idea that you had to think before typing anything before.Something is lost until this app.This app is smooth and simple.
